Danielle Daniel, PA-C

Danielle Daniel, PA-C is a certified physician assistant from Chelsea, AL. Her goal as a provider is to encourage a healthy and safe lifestyle, provide quality and complete care, and promote a safe environment for parents and children to express their concerns. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a chemistry minor at the University of Montevallo then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Samford University. Danielle has a background in being a certified pharmacy technician for five years and an emergency medical technician for two years.
With her combined clinical knowledge and experience, Danielle is a trusted individual that strives to provide integrated care involving the comprehensive view of the patient, coordinate and follow- up with referrals as needed, and oversee the continuity of care based on each patient’s situation. During her off time, Danielle enjoys going to church, spending time with her husband and dogs, relaxing with reading, and playing board games with friends and family.

Melinda Sutton-Griffin is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. For over 30 years, Melinda has cared for patients of all ages, in a variety of settings with a variety of conditions such as ADHD, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, and other mood disorders.
Melinda specializes in behavioral health- treating children, adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities and complex medical and behavioral conditions. She provides compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services across the lifespan. As a provider she values interdisciplinary education and inter-professional collaboration for a whole person, patient centered approach to health and healthcare.

Dr. Bronitsky, affectionately known as “Dr. B,” was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. From a young age, he found a role model in his dear uncle who was also physician. Through Dr. B’s career, he has provided exceptional care to women across the nation. His outstanding work is published in medical journals and letters.

Teresa Davis is a CRNP who is trained in Family Medicine. She is a native of Talladega County and resides in Talladega, Alabama. She started her nursing journey in 1984 as a LPN. She started undergraduate studies at Gadsden State Community College in Gadsden, ALabama by earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing in 1990. She continued her undergraduate studies an obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2696 from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. She completed her graduate studies at South University in Montgomery, Alabama in 2618 where she earned a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Teresa brings more than 36—years of combined nursing experience. Prior to Smart Care Pediatric Clinic, Teresa worked for American Family Care Urgent/Primary Care Clinic in both Oxford and Pell City.
She served as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Jacksonville State University for 2—years. She worked with students in their pediatric clinical rotations at Citizens Hospital in Talladega. She has a loving, caring and compassionate heart when caring for children and/or adults. She is very family oriented, but her love for children, adolescents and teenagers is tremendous. She is the mother of 3-daughters (one deceased), grandmother of six grands and 1—great—grandchild. She is raising her two youngest granddaugthers. She is a Christian who loves God and strives to live according to His Word (The Bible). She attends church faithfully along with her two grands.
